Cancellation and Returns Policy

At Almasha.in, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, you may request a cancellation or return within 5 days of receiving or placing your order.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Timeframe
   Customers may cancel their order within 48 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
2. How to Cancel
   To cancel, the customer must contact our customer support via email or phone, quoting the order number and reason for cancellation.
3. When Cancellation Is Not Possible
   Once the order is processed (packed) or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. At that point, the customer may opt to use the returns process (if applicable).
4. Refund for Canceled Orders
   If cancellation is accepted within the permissible timeframe, any payment made will be refunded in full (minus any payment gateway / transaction fees, if applicable). The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during purchase.
5. Order Cancellation by Seller
   Almasha reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
   • Product unavailability
   • Incorrect pricing or typographical errors
   • Violation of Almasha’s terms & conditions
   • Issues with payment verification

In such cases, the full amount will be refunded promptly.

6. Notification
   Customers will be notified (via email or SMS) about the acceptance or rejection of the cancellation request, along with the refund status if applicable.
7. Exceptions & Special Items
   Cancellation may not be permitted for certain categories (e.g. customized or personalized items). These exceptions will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Only items purchased directly from Almasha.in are eligible.

2. How to Request a Return

• Contact us within 5 days of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
• Provide your order number and reason for return.

3. Refund Process

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be made to the original payment method used.

4. Non-Refundable Items

• Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or not in original condition.
• Final sale or personalized/customized items (if applicable).

5. Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
